I am Pistol. Hear me roar!

Where do I begin?  Well, it all first began during the era of Halo 1 on Xbox.  There was this program called Xbox Connect that allowed you to trick your Xbox into thinking it was playing online by playing through system link because you had connected your Xbox to your computer via an Ethernet cable.  Anyone who played this online will immediately remember how competitive and exciting it was to be in such a tight community, playing one of the best first person shooters ever created.

It was during this time that I decided to create a tag to represent myself and whoever else I decided to join me.  What tag was it?  iXi.  Now, to many, iXi may just seem like a bunch of letters thrown together for the sake of calling it a tag, but it actually holds a much deeper meaning behind it.  It is a sybomlic representation for the Latin word for unity; îunXî.  What I also thought was awesome was that my name is UNKNOWN and there is a “un” between iXi so I just KNEW it was the perfect tag to create, since I am the type of person who cares a lot about loyalty, dedication and being united as one.

As time progressed, I then decided to expand iXi outside of just the gaming world and into the real world.  iXi then became a common grounds among friends who could say they belong to an organisation unlike any other.  It ranged from just friends who may not necessarily play videos games to other things like members who were so dedicated that they named their dorm house during college the “iXi House” and had what they dubbed “iXi Parties” that became very popular around campus!  This evolution of iXi was so extraordinary that it felt like it just needed to be further expanded upon, which is how we reached here today.

iXi Gaming is all about bringing you the all types of news coverage, whether it be just simple updates on anything in the industry to reviews or even media, in the best way possible.  We do so without all the fanboy bias and just deliver it straight to you, no-nonsense favoritism (hence the slogan haha).
