When Sony introduced the first playstation in 1994, it never imagined that it would capture the market by storm. Then came Playstation 2 (PS2); the innovative feature and advancement in it being CPU, representing yet another leap in processing power and game play. 66 million polygons per second is the capability of the CPU. Gamers could play online using the playstation 2 as it came with USB ports and a modem. This sixth generation video game console was released as a media centre configuration; 140 million units were sold in July 2005 itself. The playstation 2 is considered the most popular gaming console in the series.

Xbox 360 game disks are fragile. The media are nothing more than DVD disks. They scratch easily, they break easily, and they are easily lost or stolen. All you need to do is drop a game disk onto a hard surface to damage it so badly that it becomes unplayable. The simple act of playing these games results in minor damage to the surface of the disks cause by the playing mechanism. I have set up my hometheater pc as a media server for the playstation 3 and have many tv shows on that server. When I watch on the PS3 it will play one episode, then at the end of that episode it will just stop instead of continuing on to the next episode (file). Is there a kind-of “play all” feature for the PS3 when watching from a media server? Thanks be to all.

nope there’s no way to do that because each file exists on it’s own. you can’t do that even with videos on the ps3 if you think about it.
